Restore my files and folders on my PC - placed in OneDrive by mistake

Hello, due to an oversight on my part, all my folders and files ended up on OneDrive

1. I want to stop the synchronization permanently?

2. I want to bring all my documents back to my PC and no longer find them on OneDrive; I don't want my folders to end up on OneDrive because several of them are confidential?

Good evening, I finally managed to remove and reintegrate my documents into my computer and have closed One Drive so that this incident does not happen again. I do not trust the 'web cloud' to protect the confidentiality of my documents, files, and photos.

Thank you for your response.
It's good to hear that it's resolved. I also find One Drive too intrusive and pushy!
That said, regular backups on one or more external drives are far from negligible.
