Issue with my landline phone after the arrival of fiber and new Box 5

Solved
For a few months, my phone line has been connected by fiber, and my provider Orange has provided me with the new Box 5.
Previously, when I received a call while I was absent, a small envelope would appear on the screen of my Gigaset C595 landline informing me that I had a message to check.
Since switching to fiber and the new Box 5, when someone tries to reach me, a button on the phone flashes red, and I have to dial 3103 "to find out" if that caller left me a message? Which is not always the case.
After checking in my customer space, in the “Activate visual notification of messages” section, it is indeed activated!
Can someone help me find the solution to restore this essential function?
Best regards

    Hello,
How is the base of this Gigaset C595 connected to the Livebox 5? With a cable or via wireless (DECT)?
