My Panasonic hc-v210 videos are not visible on the PC.
Solved
Hello,
I recorded several videos with a Panasonic HC-V210 camcorder and a new San Disk 64GB SD card.
The videos are visible on the camcorder but do not appear when I use a transfer cable or when I insert the memory card directly into the computer. The device is recognized, but only a photo in a DCIM folder is displayed. No video folder...
I tested with 2 different PCs, both from before 2013. I will test tomorrow with a newer one.
All advice is welcome.
Thank you,
SB

Hello,
What format are your videos created in?

Hello,
Thank you for your response! From AVCHD, 1080/50p. Fortunately, the problem is solved! I was able to test it on other computers today, and while the PC refused the memory card (requesting reformatting again), a Mac laptop was able to read it!
Otherwise, I expected to have VIDEO files and there is only one, in a folder named PRIVATE which is located in the same place as the PHOTOS folder.
Good to know...
Have a nice evening,
SB
