Issue with ants.gouv.fr for downloading PDF file

Hello, while switching fuels (switching from gasoline to ethanol because it's cheaper), I need to fill out a form. I am asked to upload and I get this error message when I upload the file "ethanol approval document": commun.file_upload.Access Denied. Attached is the screenshot.

    I had the same problem; it was due to a long wait time, and my account had been disconnected as a result.
    After trying again and immediately setting up the attachments, it worked.
