Hello

My internet provider was down
Unable to receive the PayPal login code via SMS
I tried 20 times. They didn't like that.
Now when I try to log in I get the message "We could not confirm your identity." and no sound, no image, unable to send a message or call them.

I believe you can request that they call me. My email **************@gmail.com

    No, we cannot ask them anything, CCM is a forum that has nothing to do with Paypal.
