No more control screen and connection on Epson XP6000 printer

Solved
Hello,

I'm using an Epson XP 6000. The control screen won't turn on and the power button keeps blinking continuously. According to the software on the Mac, the printer is connected. I've tried to print but it doesn't work. Of course, I've turned the printer off and on again but that hasn't changed anything.
Do you have any idea what the issue might be?
Is it possible to reset the printer? Can I take control from a PC?

Thank you very much for your support.

Configuration: Macintosh / Chrome 85.0.4183.83

  1. Thank you. After several tests and research online, I managed to reinstall the firmware and it works.
    1. Hello, how did you do that? Thank you, I'm having the same problem and my firmware is up to date when I search on Epson.
  2. Hello,
if the control screen doesn't turn on anymore, it's a hardware issue...
If it's still under warranty: Return it to the retailer
If it's no longer under warranty: Try a firmware update as a last resort before sending it to the waste disposal, downloaded from the Epson website?
    Best regards,
