How to recover messages deleted by the sender on Messenger?

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to recover messages sent by a friend and deleted by them before I could read them? If so, how can I do it?

I have downloaded my data and therefore retrieved all the messages from our conversation EXCEPT for the deleted ones...

    Bad news, it's not possible. A message deleted by the creator of the message cannot be recovered.
