Intel Smart Sound Technology OED Driver Issue

Hello,
The sound on my computer is no longer working. Bought a week ago, I have an Asus UX534FA with Windows 10 64 bits. An update was made yesterday and it turns out that I interrupted the BIOS update. Since then, the computer no longer detects any sound devices. In the device manager, there is an exclamation mark next to "Intel Smart Sound Technology OED driver." I called Asus, and after several manipulations, they advised me to return it under warranty, which is not convenient for me at all. In a last-ditch effort, I would like to try to resolve the issue to avoid sending the computer back. Here’s what I have already attempted:
- disabling and then reenabling the device
- uninstalling and then restarting the computer
- complete reset of the computer
- installing audio drivers (I'm really not good with computers, so I don't think I did it correctly)
If anyone has a solution, it would be great for me!
