Hello,
I have an Epson L455 printer, and since today, when I try to print, the paper goes in crooked and gets stuck immediately, crumpling the sheet.
I don’t understand why this is happening and if I need to buy another one. The cartridges are full and it was working perfectly until this morning. Since then, I can’t do anything.
Thank you for your help.
Configuration: iPhone / Safari 13.0.5

Hello,
Start by checking at the back of the printer that the paper pickup rollers are in place and clean.
Also, check the side guides that help guide the sheet when it is picked up by the printer; if they are too far apart, the sheet may get misaligned.
Some printers take the sheet and feed it a few millimeters before pulling it back to print it definitively, in order to position the paper correctly. If the guides are not close to the paper (without blocking it), the sheet can misfeed.
Also, check that nothing is obstructing the paper's descent in the printer.
Best regards.
