The number of reports has no influence on Instagram's decision. The account will only be removed if it does not comply with Instagram's terms.

Not necessarily, it was deactivated about ten times and I always managed to recover it. And now it's been five days that I've been doing the same thing as the previous times to recover it, but I haven't received any response and it's really scaring me! Because they tell me it's deactivated, so it hasn't been deleted and therefore I can still recover it like I did before! Will they respond if I can recover it, or will they leave you in endless waiting??
