My ex can still track me despite the phone change to iPhone.

Can someone please help me? Here’s the situation: I first had an iPhone 6s, and my ex-partner managed to obtain my credentials, giving them access to my location. I changed my iPhone, created a new account, a new email address, changed my number, etc. But they can still track me. What should I do to block them? Please help me, I can't take it anymore. I also use location services, so I can't suspend it. They're watching me day and night, and I want to find a way to block them. Thank you.

    Hello,

    1) I also make use of location Why not temporarily disable it, for example for a week. This would allow you to free yourself for a while. Moreover, are you sure that the benefits of location tracking outweigh your peace of mind?

    2) If spying exists, despite the changes made, it may be due to a type of keylogger software or something similar that has been installed on your iPhone for a long time. I would try resetting the smartphone after backing up my contacts and documents. You might consider seeking advice from an Orange store or better yet an Apple store in Paris-Opera, or from another expert on CCM as I am not familiar with the iPhone system.

    3) Change to an Android smartphone. It’s not necessarily better or better protected, but you would be starting fresh with a clean system (provided you secure it from the start). And you would leave the dishonest person confronted with a silent iPhone.

    4) In the current context, be aware that invading someone’s privacy is prohibited and punishable by law. Don’t hesitate to file a complaint if you take care to establish a solid case rather than hypothetical allegations.

    Finally, to my knowledge, there is no magician or guru on CCM. Only real changes will allow you to escape this surveillance.
