Hello,
It may simply be that your computer has not yet been "Authorized" for your Apple ID...
See this help:
https://support.apple.com/fr-fr/HT201251
Best regards. -
Unfortunately, I authorized it but there seems to be a blockage and I'm stuck.
-
A clue then...: in the case where you are not the original purchaser of this movie, the credentials needed to authorize the Mac must be those of the original buyer of the film... not yours. In short, Jacques buys a movie and passes it to Jean; it is Jacques who must authorize Jean's Mac to play this movie...

It's me, but I've been having this issue since a factory reset.
However, in some downloads, my old email address appears, which hasn't existed since 2015. -
I am talking about the general aspect even with movies and series purchased with my current email.
-
I just tried to buy a movie, same situation so I conclude that the problem comes from Apple TV.

Hello,
I just searched for the why and how, and I found this as explanations:

This does not solve my problem because I cannot see my account except on my MacBook Pro, which has no issues. I can use it as a TV even though I have no documents in my folders, and we can watch movies without downloading them; I don't understand.
My iMac is from 2015. -
I just entered my credentials on my mother's computer and everything works with a requested code, but on my own computer none of that happens, what's going on? I don't understand.

Test a repair after starting from the recovery partition, and if the problem persists, you will need to contact Apple support at 0800 046 046.
For the repair after starting from the recovery partition, see this help:

I am with an Apple advisor, even he finds it strange, because he asked me to use another account, so I took my mother's and it works normally.

I resolved to take radical action, resetting everything to zero so that my computer would be like new, and it works again; it was the price to pay. Now I will have to update all my documents and everything because of one application. Thank you for taking the time to help me; I am closing this issue.
