How to connect the second JBL Free wireless earphone?

Hello, I have a problem with my JBL Free wireless earbuds. I bought them just a week ago.
Indeed, when I want to connect the second earbud, I have to press its button for quite a while...
Then it disconnects after 1 minute...
What should I do?

Hello, my earbuds are 6 months old and they no longer connect automatically when I take them out of the case; I have to do it manually, it's annoying! And when I put them back in the case, it doesn't turn on to check the battery level if it's not plugged in... does anyone have a clue?

I have the same problem; I think the battery drains all the time they are in the box, which also drains the battery of the box, really not practical, I don't understand..

Hello,
Normally when they're connected you can see in the top right if they're charged (or not)! If you don't turn them off when you put them back in the case, it should happen automatically...

For me, it's the right earphone that is silent. However, it is well connected because it allows me to answer a call or play or stop by pressing. Only the left one works...
Should I send it back for warranty?

Hi, I had the same problem. Impossible to fix it until I threw them on the ground in anger.

Then, all of a sudden. After many attempts, I found the solution.

So: Put the earbuds back in the case, close it, reopen it, wait for the white light on the case to blink twice, and then press the small button between the two earbuds three times; it will turn blue and red or blue and white, one of the two (it will blink with two colors, in any case). Then you stick them in your ears, and you’ll be able to help your favorite artist earn money.

I’ve tried this several times, and it works every time ????

I have almost the same problem as you... I've tried everything but nothing works... right now I'm really at my wit's end and I don't know what to do... if anyone has found a miracle solution, I'd be more than happy to hear it lol ^^

Hello,
For those who come across this forum, do not buy these headphones; I think they are simply defective, and I find it outrageous for nearly 100 euros. If you have the option to get a refund, it's better than trying to repair them at all costs with the issues of the left earbud connection and the case not charging... These are recurring problems.
I think JBL makes good sound, but wireless headphones really weren't the best idea for them.

Hello,
I had 1 JBL 120 TWS earbud out of 2 that was not charging anymore.
You need to check if the connection is good when you put it back in its case.
It doesn't take much for this connection to fail.
After cleaning it with a hairpin, I was able to charge the "dead" earbud.
I was then able to reset the pairing and then the Bluetooth.

Hello, I have a problem with my earbuds. They charge just fine, but the left earbud doesn't turn on (so there's no sound), while the right one works perfectly! I don't understand because I take care of them, and I hope you can provide me with a solution! Thank you!
P.S.: If I need to bring them back to the store (Leclerc), I have the receipt for the warranty, but the box is in the trash. Will they take them back?

Hello everyone, I just bought some for myself and I have almost the same problem. The left earbud works for audio for videos, music on YouTube, and other social media, but as soon as I'm on a phone call, only the right earbud works. Can someone help me?
