Solder female jack connectors to male jack cables

Hello everyone,
I plan to repair one of my old speakers that used to produce great sound quality, however its female mini-jack socket was accidentally torn off.... I want to point out that I have never done soldering and I do not know anything about circuits/computers/wires, which is why I want to consult you... (I'm not too worried about soldering)
You can see the broken socket below:
My project is to solder the black/red/white wires to the wires of a male jack from a Bluetooth adapter (like this one) that I will have previously stripped, in order to turn the inoperative female jack into a functional Bluetooth:
My questions are as follows:
- Do you know if this maneuver is feasible?
- Do you think the signal emitted by the Bluetooth receiver will be properly transmitted to the black/red/white wires of the female jack?
- Are the wires of a female jack compatible with the wires of a male jack? (photo below)
