New alcatel f530 duo installation (first installation)

Hello, following the installation of my new Alcatel F530 Duo, the base works very well, but the second handset remains silent and the screen indicates CANCELLED. Since the manual states that for multi-handset models, all handsets are paired with the base; is it possible that this is not the case? Also, how can I pair the second handset with the base? Thank you for your advice.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 77.0.3865.120

    Removing the batteries didn't change anything?
    No icon? Not even charged batteries!
    Is the screen on? (A long press on the "Hang up" button turns the handset on or off).

    Try this procedure (extracted from that of the F380) to register the handset on the base

    Hello,
    Remove the batteries from the non-working handset for about a minute.
    Put them back in place (Be careful of the polarities).

    What icons are displayed on the screen? See the image below for a detailed description
