Looking for software to reset HP Envy 4525 printer

Hello,

I have an HP Envy 4520, I tried a factory reset with this tutorial:

It doesn't work. Is there a program to force a reset?

    Hello,

    A software for that doesn't exist...

    Everything is explained here:

    1. On the front panel of the printer, click once on the location of the house icon (the house icon being inactive).
    2. Click once on the location of the back arrow (the arrow being inactive).
    3. Click twice on the location of the house icon (the house icon being inactive).
    4. A hidden menu will appear, click on Service Menu.
    5. Scroll down to Resets Menu, and confirm with OK.
    6. Scroll down to OOBE Reset, and confirm with OK.
    7. The printer will turn off, please turn it back on.
