Hello,
I plan to send a package, but I would like to send it to a post office or a pickup point, rather than to the recipient’s address. Unfortunately, I have never sent a package and I don't know if this is possible. Can you help me? Thank you in advance!

Yes, you can definitely do that; you just need to put the address of the relay point as the delivery address (but make sure they accept parcels, otherwise they may refuse it or send it back). They will ask for an ID in the same name as the shipment to collect it, just like at a normal relay point.
