Generate all combinations for Lotto Premier bet 5/90 and 4/52.

I am looking for a solution to generate all possible lotteries premier bet combinations of 5 digits and then 4 digits, with the option to select combinations that I assume are potentially non-winning.
For example: if the winning number is 12345, it would be pointless to buy all the combinations 54321, 45321, 54312, 45312, 32451, ...

So I would like to obtain two Excel tables, the first of which will have combinations of 5 numbers from 1 to 90, without odd and even combinations and without permutations (vv-ww-xx-yy-zz / xx-zz-yy-ww-vv / yy-ww-xx-vv-zz / zz-xx-ww-yy-vv, ...), in the form of an Excel table.
The second table will have combinations of 4 numbers from 1 to 52, without odd and even combinations and without permutation (ww-xx-yy-zz / xx-zz-yy-ww / yy-ww-xx-zz / zz-xx-ww-yy, ...).

If anyone can help me create these Excel sheets with the integrated formulas.
