Aliexpress: It's been a week since my package arrived in the destination country.

Well, as mentioned in the title, it's been a week since my package, which I purchased on Aliexpress, arrived in the destination country, but I still don't have the package. Should I be worried? If so, whom should I contact?

    It is presumably at customs... we need to wait, either it will be "released" and you will receive it, or it's counterfeit and it will be destroyed.....

    When deliveries resume (if they do...) the tracking will update....

        So you need to file a complaint with the sender (so.... Aliexpress). They are the ones who gave the order to the carrier and who should (theoretically) intervene........
