Hello,
I'm on Windows 10 and I can't download the MP3 GAIN software, my computer refuses to accept it!!
Could you help me because I'm not skilled in computing; thank you.

      Install this: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=10019

      Once the installation is complete, restart your computer and launch the Mp3Gain installation again with the last download link I sent you for Mp3Gain.
