Hello! I would like to know why my transaction was cancelled yesterday and why Western Union blocked me?

Hello.
I had the same problem with WU. They told me that their policy allows for this kind of thing but they didn’t tell me why they refused the transfer. In their response, they told me that I would no longer be able to be a beneficiary as well.
Why?? The answer lies with WU.
And we are in France..

I sent money to my wife, she's sick and can't pick it up. I put it in her cousin's name, but she also received too much money and her card is no longer valid. I got it back, but they blocked me so I can't send.

Same problem since 9/4/21, transfer blocked in Marrakech and Western Union is a wall
