Enable MPEG-4 Encoding/Decoding

Hello,

I am using Studio 15 and it has not been working for a few days! I am being asked to activate MPEG-4 Encoding/Decoding. When I do, the message "the resource cannot be found" appears. How can I download MPEG-4 Encoding/Decoding?

    Thank you for your interest in my question!

    None of the suggestions worked. I managed to get in touch via email with Corel Customer Support, who asked me for details about my Pinnacle Studio 15 software, and then sent me a new activation key made up of 30 sets of 5 letters, and finally, it works!

    Unresolved issue. When I enter the proposed key, I get the following response: "incorrect activation key; this key was generated for a different passport."
    Moreover, none of the proposed sites to contact Studio are accessible (not found).
    Thank you for your help... are there any solutions to my problem or does Studio want to force me to buy new software? My Studio 15 was working well until the beginning of this year!

    Hello, if you bought the software in help and passport, the serial number and the activation code, you need to go to the Pinnacle website with these codes; they should send you the missing codes
    I note that the code you copied, Sergio, is the same as mine, but I am on version studio
