Can you see photos of a blocked person?

Hello,

I blocked someone who was following my private account to prevent them from accessing my photos. I wanted to check their (public) profile, and there it says "no posts." Hence my question: is the limited access to their profile due to my blocking them, or have they blocked me as well? If that's the case, how could they block me after I had blocked them first? I thought they wouldn't be able to see my profile anymore. I’m perplexed.

    When you block someone, you can no longer see anything about them, just as they can no longer see anything about you.
