How to replace a single Landscape slide with a Portrait slide? Solved

Question

Hello everyone  I want to replace one slide in a PowerPoint presentation where all slides are in "landscape" with one in "portrait". This is a question that has been asked of me and I can't solve it. I think only m@rina or Raymond Pentier have the solution. Hello everyone,  landscape display allows for optimal presentation of a slideshow on our screens, which are generally wider than they are tall. Changing the orientation of even a single slide results in reducing the slide's size to the height of the screen instead of its width. Of course, we can fiddle with it, but the result is questionable; the size of a slide is dependent on several criteria, but the average size is 965 x 725 pixels, which is 25.53 x 19.18 cm.  It’s better to use a central area of the slide that has a height equal to the height of the slide, 19.18, which would be 14.45 x 19.18 cm on a black background, as this would correspond to the same display and be much easier to implement.  -- A+ Mike-31  I am responsible for what I say, not for what you understand...

Hello Mike_31  What you say is true In PowerPoint, you can change the orientation of the slide from portrait to landscape or vice versa  To do this, go to the "Design" tab, click on "Slide Size" and on the small slider  to the right and choose "Custom Slide Size". In the "Orientation" dialog box, click on "Portrait" or "Landscape" You can also change the frame of the slide, but this choice applies to all  slides in the current slideshow. However, according to the two tutorials, there is a tip to set, for example, a single slide to "Portrait" while keeping the others in "Landscape"  It is recommended to create two slideshows: one in "Landscape" and one in "Portrait" and also a hyperlink But I can't get it to work! Hello,  I think you understand: it is not possible to have two formats in a single presentation. So, if it is absolutely necessary, there must be two presentations. And to switch from one to the other, this can be done via a hyperlink, or (especially if it's just one slide) by inserting this presentation as an object.  I don't see where the difficulty lies since I explain the procedure in detail.  -- There's no need to ask me your questions in private. I won't respond.
