How to retrieve a package from the post office with the wrong name, first name?

Hello,
I placed an order on LDLC, but when creating the account, due to laziness, I used a fake first name and last name.
I thought that if I paid with Paypal, they would use the first name and last name on my Paypal account and not my LDLC account.
However, it turns out that the information given on my LDLC account was used.
I did some research but found nothing very specific on the subject and the procedures to follow.
I contacted LDLC customer service by email, and they told me to provide the correct information so they could call the sender to then provide them with the correct details when shipping. I did that.
Except that the tracking number indicates that the package has just been shipped by air to my country (French Polynesia) and I still haven't heard back from LDLC customer service.
So I'm a bit stressed knowing that I also messed up my postal box number, but I think that can be resolved fairly easily for the wrong box number.
I thank in advance those who would be willing to clarify this matter for me and hope I was clear enough ^^

A fake name.... a wacky idea.... but "good"....
The package will be returned to the sender since the recipient is unknown.... (unless the sender had time to consider your modification request and agrees to do it before shipping...)

Otherwise, the order will be canceled and you should be refunded... (check with them...)
