I can no longer subscribe to people on TikTok.

Hello,

No one can subscribe to me on TikTok... I can subscribe to them, but they absolutely cannot subscribe to me...

I log in via a smartphone...

I don't even receive the subscription request notifications even though they've asked me...

The worst part is that I've had this problem for about a month... the TikTok team is aware of the issue but is doing nothing...

I've already created 3 different accounts and still the same problem... I don't know what to do, plus I don't even know how to delete the old ones...

1) A reboot (ON OFF)?

2) A complete restart of iOS?
Charge for at least 10 minutes.
Do not unplug & Press and hold the Power button and the Home button (at the center bottom) simultaneously for 30 seconds.
Depending on the iOS:

If you don't have iOS 12 available, you probably don't have the latest version (which can obviously cause problems).

If you don't have the market iOS (iOS 12 as of May 2019), it's possible that the app may not work very well...

SOLUTION:
Set Safari (or another browser) to desktop mode to log in. After that, with small screens (iPod/iPhone), the display is obviously not suited, so you'll have to zoom a lot and move "the visible portion."
