Hello everyone,
I placed an order from China, my tracking started on October 31, 2018 (the day the package is supposed to take the plane to France)
but it's been 11 days and I'm being told that my package is going to leave China for France as you can see in the image: "Departure exchange bureau country of dispatch" which is incredible, knowing that normally the mode of transport is by air.
I already placed a similar order with the same person and the package arrived in France exactly 5 days after the announcement of departure from the country of dispatch (China). But this time it will be two weeks and still nothing.
Have you ever encountered this situation?
