Aide a propos du virus win32.muce.a

bonjour à tous,

j'ai été infecté par le virus : virus.win32.muce.a,
kaspersky n'arrive pas à l'éradiquer,
j'ai utilisé ccleaner et adaware pour nettoyer mon pc,
et afin j'ai utiliser hijackythis, mais je ne sais pas l'utiliser,
