My phone only charges when it's turned off. Solved

Question

Hello, my Wiko Tommy phone had a problem this morning. I was using it normally and wanted to charge it, but unfortunately, it wouldn’t charge anymore. So, I turned it off and on, restarted it, but it still wouldn’t charge. It only charges when it’s off, but the charge is very slow. The screen that usually shows the battery percentage is stuck on the number it had when I turned it off. It’s not my cable or my port, I checked with several other chargers. I tried the following code *#*#3646633#*#* but nothing happened.
I haven’t rooted it.

Hello, I have the same problem with my Wiko Harry. I have reset it to factory settings. Same problem. Anyway, I am having nothing but issues with my phone, and I also can't get the notification badge for my texts. I bought it just on May 23. Very disappointed with the Wiko brand.

I think the battery is simply dead.

Thank you for your responses! As a result, I changed the battery but my phone shuts down at 40%. It's already better than nothing ^^
