Update for Smart TV 49VLX7810 Grundig

Hello,
I bought a Grundig 49vlx7810 (smart TV) and I can't activate NETFLIX on it. The store where I purchased it told me to update the TV. However, I don’t know how to proceed, can you help me?

    Hi,

    I recommend starting by reading the manual if there is one,
    given the brand I don't think it will be possible to find it on any official website.

    In general, the specifications for your TV indicate that there is an ethernet port and it can
    connect via wifi, so start by connecting it to the internet and then rummage through the menus,
    probably one that should be called "system" and there you should be able to force the update check.
