Hello,
I have recently been experiencing a quite strange problem with Photoshop:
When I try to select/mask something, an error message appears:

And when I try to go to the performance tab in Photoshop preferences, it displays this message twice:

For information, I have been having this problem for a short time, given that the software was working perfectly before. I have also encountered some errors regarding the clipboard; I updated the software: no difference...
I have an i3 CPU (I don't remember the exact model), 4 GB of RAM, and a GeForce GT 630M with 2 GB.
There you go...

      Thank you very much
not only is the "insufficient memory" problem solved, but while PS was really slow (I only have 4GB of RAM), now it's super fast for all actions, loading, etc....
      really thank you so much!!!!!
