Is deporvillage reliable or not?

Deportvillage is a complete SCAM!!!!!! This site has a no-refund policy for returns under all excuses, the products sent are damaged and so if you're not careful, the site will accuse you of having worn them.
This merchant site is a total swindle!!!! Beware!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!

This site should be avoided at all costs; the low prices that seem like a good deal actually hide a well-established scam.
With them, money only flows in one direction, and good luck getting a refund.
And finally, never trust sites like Trustpilot; how do you think they make money?
Over 52,000 reviews and more than 80% positive feedback, even brands that have existed for over 20 years haven't gathered as many reviews, let alone such a high percentage of positive ones.
Deporvillage posts fake positive reviews on Trustpilot by the hundreds, around a hundred per day. Do you really think there are a hundred customers each day thinking: "What if I wrote a good review about Deporvillage"?
A dissatisfied customer is more likely to take the effort to post a review; I shop online regularly, but posting a review is never an automatic reflex.
And I would add that being registered with the trade registry does not mean being an honest merchant.
In short, before buying from shady sites like Deporvillage, do thorough research online, and never rely on a single source; Trustpilot is not an absolute source of truth.

This site is a real scam.
I ordered a Mako wetsuit that arrived torn and stained. They refuse to listen and especially don't want to take it back, let alone refund me.
These are dishonest people who abuse their power. Once they have the money, they keep it. Avoid this site at all costs!!!

Bad experience this month with a return of shorts that I couldn't try on because it was so small. I sent it back immediately in its original packaging... but they refuse it because I allegedly used it!

Hello, beware of the site Déport Village, they sell counterfeit items from the brand The North Face. The customer service is managed by incompetent, vulgar, and arrogant people who show no compassion for the customer who has been deceived. They only care about money. Since November 2021, I placed an order, returned my items, and requested a refund. They responded that it would be early January 2022 because I contacted them again, and at no point did they make the effort to reach out to me to reassure me or understand the situation regarding my refund. I want to emphasize that my items were returned in the week I received this counterfeit package. If you want to buy clothes, go to other sites that sell authentic clothing. I assure you that I am sharing this experience, and I hope to never relive it. It's shameful and pathetic. They deserve to be taken to court and severely punished for treating their customers like they are worthless.

There are serious issues with customer service, and in case of a refund, you have to wait 2 to 3 months, and even then you have to "insult" them.
Look elsewhere! For just a few euros more, it's better to go to Decathlon or Intersport.

They delivered me one black Arena Solid SQUARED short and one blue Arena Solid Short. These are two very different models.
They had the nerve to say that for ARENA it was the same. That they hadn't made a mistake. I pointed out to them that on the ARENA website, these are indeed two distinct models: one is a swimsuit and the other is a mini-short. Too late, my complaint was already rejected.

Hello, I strongly advise you to buy elsewhere than from Deporvillage. I bought a scooter for 1300 euros, and it broke down in less than 5 months. I requested the warranty, they picked it up and sent me a quote for 900 euros to pay, and that the warranty wouldn't cover it, to be paid on the spot or risk losing everything. Since I refused, I haven't received any more response. Goodbye scooter, hello procedure.

This site seems reliable apparently. It is registered with the Barcelona Company Register and has a customer service that appears to be reachable by email and phone (the number is probably premium rate). Their terms also include the possibility of a refund.

Deporvillage.fr has also received mostly positive reviews on review platforms, despite some dissatisfaction from certain customers:
