Hello,

I also have a problem with my AliExpress account. I placed an order for the first time last week, but since I didn't receive a confirmation email, I wanted to log back into my account to check if the order had been processed. When I logged in, I was told that my account had been temporarily locked and that I needed to complete some verifications. However, the only verification method offered is the SMS code, but when I enter my number and request this code, I don't receive it, even after trying with another number.
Of course, I was charged for this order, so I'm not sure what to do now, especially since I haven't received any responses from them despite trying to contact them in different ways...

Hello,

You might be panicking a bit too quickly... It's possible that your order was indeed processed and you will be delivered in two weeks (or three).
It's also possible that your access has been blocked (for a reason I don't know), but you will be unblocked in a few days, three, I think...
Is it on their app..? Or via the website..? They also have rules... Because scams exist both ways.. Incredible but true...
-- You must have some idea why they blocked you..?? Did you enter the wrong password more than three times..? Did you change devices, were the cookies no longer the same...? Does your IP come from another country..? etc..
-- You might very well have received the confirmation by email... But your ISP sorted it into Spam and other unwanted folders, which is why it doesn't appear among your emails... Check your ISP's Webmail to see if there is a message set aside among the rejections..

I really see no reason that could explain why I was blocked; I just placed my order and didn’t go back to it. Moreover, I placed my order on my computer and logged back in on the same computer, in the same country, by entering my password directly, so I really don't see what it could be...
I did it directly on the website; I don't know if that makes a difference. Do you think it will unlock by itself? Because I don't have the impression that it could unlock without that verification code, unfortunately :/
And regarding the email, I actually checked everywhere because it often happens that important emails end up in my junk mail, so I check that regularly, but nothing :/ that's mainly why I'm worried, because they always send a confirmation of the order by email, right?

There's something new! I received a transfer of €10.13 today from AliExpress, which I assume corresponds to a refund for part of my order (a total of €37.08). I have no idea what it is, but anyway, it says on the homepage of the site that there are two messages in my inbox, which I unfortunately can't access without being able to log in. I suppose these two messages must explain the reason for my account suspension and the refund… I don't know if this can help resolve my issue, but I prefer to keep you updated!

It's possible that there are stock shortages... they can't provide you with everything and refund what is missing.

Great, I searched all afternoon yesterday, my son's computer was not Ali's, my wife's (laptop) yes. I just did "msg aliexpress" and it opened up. The help is amazing, all the "help" sites didn't bring me anything (I’m hopeless with computers) but the comments said it was "unsolvable." Thank you again, I feel like I'm living again! Your antivirus might be blocking certain addresses... especially if you’re at work or in a communal setting.

My son and I have a desktop; the page is blocked. My wife is on a laptop, no problem. When I see that you're talking about being banned, I realize we spent 3 months in Tasmania (great, almost paradise compared to here). I made plenty of orders from there and we've been back for a month, and now it's blocked. The other day, I received a message that a user posted on another site: "attack that can take your bank details" – maybe a lead? Coming back to AliExpress, maybe they detected a fraudulent connection. I bookmarked "AliExpress message," from there I can open and buy after trying several times. At first, it wasn't working, but if I go to AliExpress through the link you provided, the page is blocked. I don't know if I have antivirus; I'm on Linux, my son is also blocked, and my wife is on Windows. I'm sharing this to shed light, as part of an investigation, and hopefully to help others who are as helpless as I was. (I'm so useless that I don't always know how to return to the sites I've visited, even typing in history. On the battery-less laptop, it retains nothing!! If it's blocking on the Linux PC and not on the Windows PC... it means you are not banned, your username and password are correct... in short, you are not being rejected if you're not on this Linux PC.

This Linux PC must have a configuration that blocks certain sites (which are not welcome), you should check this with FILS, he must have done something...

Hello! I placed an order on AliExpress and changed countries in the meantime. I'm currently in Asia, trying to get a refund because I couldn't collect the package in France when it arrived. It has since been returned, and I don't know where to. I also can't log into AliExpress.

My account has been temporarily blocked because "there is unusual activity since I changed countries," so they are asking for a confirmation code on my phone, but I never received it. I've tried several times though.

Any ideas?

You should know that currently, it's the Chinese New Year and many things are completely shut down; the resumption should be after this weekend...
-- The other issues are a different story... If you have changed countries, with your IP number, they have probably noticed... so that's a red alert... if then you have a delivery problem to the wrong address, they know that too, it's a second alert.. There are specific conditions to get a refund... and if you are not at the indicated address, it's your fault, not theirs... etc..etc...
I have nothing to do with their shop, but I believe you have been reckless... You may be blocked only for a certain period... so try every now and then...

It happened to me too, I couldn't log in on my smartphone, it said my account was abnormal and I couldn't log in on my computer either because the verification bar didn't show up.

So after doing some tweaks, I finally managed to log in. Here are the steps to follow:
- On your computer, delete all cookies, caches, etc. (I even deleted the history completely)
- then try to log in normally, it should work

In my case, they told me that they temporarily closed my account because I was logging in from too many different devices (computer, smartphone).

I then proceeded with a verification via smartphone with a code they sent me, which allowed me to reopen the account.

Now I just have to deal with the problem of the ongoing orders that were canceled in the meantime and, of course, not refunded...

For your information, I’ve been using Aliexpress for years and never had any issues until now, and I must admit it's a real mess. Good luck to you.
