I ordered boots on 23/11. The amount was debited on 26/11 and still nothing received on 6/12! I paid over 56 euros!

Like all other sites of the same kind, to be avoided.
Prices far too attractive.
Brand-name shoes are not sold off at -60 or 75%.

I called customer service and normally I end up on a call center, I called last night and just now, and as if by miracle, I got the same person!!!! (so impressive!!!! I'm going to play the lottery tonight, you never know)!!! The girl tells me I need to file a complaint, but I'm doing it live with her and it's not working.... she uses the informal 'tu' with me and apart from saying okay okay, she can't say anything else. On the phone, you have the advantage of hearing honking and kids in the background. I wanted to treat my 14-year-old son for Christmas and buy him a pair of Nike Air Force 270s, unfortunately like any human being, times are tough, so I wanted to save money, pppppppffffff, you know what I mean.... so if you want to keep your money, definitely DO NOT GO TO BONMARKET!

Do not order from this site. I just had a bad experience with it. The products you receive have nothing to do with the photos used to order online. I suspect they take designer fashion shows and copy the models in workshops: when you receive the merchandise, it has nothing to do with the visuals and the materials used. False advertising, the clothes are worthless. I ordered a knitted cardigan and received a fleece instead. Very poor quality. To be boycotted.

I ordered sneakers at the end of January for €137.98 from SBORTA, which uses the le bonmarket platform. I never received an order confirmation from SBORTA. Despite several emails, I didn't get a response. I then emailed le bonmarket since they were the ones who processed the transaction. After several emails, I have just been refunded to my account. I was very lucky.
Afterwards, I looked more closely and indeed the site is filled with spelling mistakes
