Torrent not starting deluge

Hello, since yesterday I haven't been able to download a torrent with Deluge; it remains at 0.0 percent. I've tried canceling it and restarting several times.

But it doesn't work, so I changed the torrent to see if the problem is with the torrent, but that doesn't work either.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

      no on both there is the first 6 seed and 0 leech and the second 42 and 1

    Hello, I think the problem comes from the firewall. I checked on other forums and they say that a port needs to be opened in the firewall. Does anyone know how to do that?
