even with the non-removable battery, try this:

unplug the laptop from the power supply

press and hold the power button for 30 seconds

start the laptop and let me know what happens

Have you tried starting in safe mode?

If you can, choose "Command Prompt in Safe Mode"

In the window that opens, type RSTRUI.EXE and press ENTER

This will open the system restoration

Choose a restore point from a date before your problem and execute it
