Why can’t I open my PDF emails on the Pole Emploi website anymore?

Good evening, for some time now it has been impossible to download and therefore open the PDF emails I receive; this happens for every document I request.

Strangely, I do the same procedure for another person on the same site and it works for her, so it's not a problem with the computer by deduction!

    It works with Google Chrome but not with Internet Explorer.. so open it with Chrome.
