Hello

I ordered six days ago on this site and still no news, yet it says shipping is between 48h and 72h.
I contacted them but it's always a robotic and identical response.
Do you know this site??

One wonders where the headquarters is... Not in the UK as it's unknown in the Companies Register... Just because a supposed 'legal representative' is announced at an unverifiable address doesn't mean things are clean and 100% legit... It's a scam...

At best, it smells like cheap Asian counterfeit. At worst, it's a scam site reusing credit cards...

Beware! If customs opens the package (which implies a hypothetical shipment...) and there is a report to the 'rights holders', there is a risk of prosecution for 'receiving counterfeit goods' of 'derivative products'. The penalty may be harsh...

Claiming ignorance does not exempt the buyer from potential sanctions... Buying at a low price implies that one suspects it might be counterfeit...

This kind of problem (even if not common...) doesn't just happen to others!

But everyone does what they want, even if it means facing the consequences.

There are no recourse options against the scam site, for instance in the case of non-delivery...

  I too have been waiting for my order on Grandado since April 25, 2020, and today is May 13, 2020. It's impossible to reach them because there's no phone number and they don't respond to messages. This site is sketchy and there are no reviews online since they must pay to stay clean. We should be able to report such sites that harm others!

MaxPassion.com, I placed an order in June, and in August, I still haven't received my order. I requested a refund after trying to get my order about ten times, only promises in return. It’s mid-September now, and they just told me that they won’t refund me for the moment because there is a problem with their financial system. This is a scam, be very careful.

This site is not reliable, BE CAREFUL! Delivery time is about 1 month and a half to 2 months. The item received does not correspond at all to the photo. In short, if you go to a Chinese sales site, you will find the same thing for 10 times less.

  I have been regularly ordering from Vova for over a year and I haven't had any problems. The items arrive between 15 and 30 days after ordering, and if they don't arrive (which happened to me once), the site issues a refund. I was even refunded for an item whose measurements did not match the size chart, and I didn't have to return the item!

I think this site (vova) is a big scam because I ordered a week ago and of course I haven't received anything, meanwhile my card was hacked and I had to block it, so I strongly advise against this site.

Karmadabra site unreliable
Ordered a piece of jewelry with a stone (labradorite)
I received a nice package but a fake stone. The parcel arrived from China.
I requested a refund. I was told to return the item at my own expense to Switzerland.

No physical address in France... No phone number to contact them.
When I try to log into their site with my email address, it is no longer possible. So I can't leave a review.

Let's be clear, this site provides no information and its headquarters are in England, so not in Europe (EEC).
your remedies amount to very little.
In the best case, you will be delivered, perhaps late.
In the worst case, you have lost money.

  I also fell for it, and yet I'm used to online orders. I only checked afterwards when I received the invoice, which is a big mistake... The address is indeed in England, but it is certainly a P.O. box.
  As for me, I received a tracking number, but I don't know who the carrier is, so it's impossible to know where it comes from, and the only site they provide does not allow me to track my package.
  In short, it doesn't smell very good...
  I will wait another ten days to see if I receive my merchandise because I'm supposed to receive it by December 26 at the latest.

It’s obvious to me that this site is a scam, and fake comments to encourage sales, we know they exist too!! Be very careful, especially with offers that are too tempting... I just had a Live Chat with someone named "Carlo," he said that if we are not satisfied with the item, we can keep it and request a refund, but he didn't say how, strange.....

Those who are not satisfied can write on Live Chat..., but that doesn't solve the refund issue, will we really be refunded?

  It's like AliExpress, it's a Chinese site, so it's normal for it to take a long time. On AliExpress, sometimes shipping is free, and I've almost always received my items. Those that I didn't receive were refunded. It's the same for this site; I don't see why it would be a scam.

Yes, I know this site, but I never expected to be delivered within 48 hours; by the way, the deadlines were specified when I placed my order and were respected. I had no problems. However, be careful with the sizes for the clothes; they run small, so you should order one to two sizes up. Anyway, given the prices...

I ordered a cigar cutter: delivery time 15 days according to the website. A month later, still nothing. After I reached out, I received the product 3 weeks later.

I tried for a second time with a triple CD album from a foreign singer. The album, worth around fifty euros in retail price, was supposed to be a box set with a so-called LUXURY presentation according to the information on the site. But upon arrival, it was just a simple plastic sleeve and 3 copies of CDs along with a photocopy as the album presentation. Cost price barely 3€. Thank you for the scam.

Good evening,

I placed an order for a jersey on 02/08/2018. No confirmation email for the shipment of my order was sent before 15/08/2018 UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!

Then, after sending several emails to customer service, I received an apology email for the delay supposedly due to a supplier issue, along with my tracking number indicating that it would be arriving soon.

I tracked my package for a few days and nothing! And on 24/08/2018, the package tracking site shows that delivery was put in the mailbox.
EXCEPT I RECEIVED NOTHING!!
I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING AT ALL.

A SCAM, AVOID IT!!

  Huge scam, I ordered 2 coats and they have nothing to do with what I expected. One is very poorly sized, the other I think is the worst. It's a big joke; it was supposed to be a khaki green coat with a big pink fur, and I received a kind of thin jacket with pink fur that looks like disgusting pieces of a bathrobe.

I made 2 orders with them, the clothes are a cheap copy, vulgar material, the model is different from the photo, size, nothing fits.
Don’t count on a refund, you won’t get much response to your emails either, and for the items not received, nothing.
And my second order of accessories is the same, 2 items not received, refund request, no response from them, it’s been 1 month.
I won’t order from them again, Wish has the same items with shipping fees but they refund.
