How many Mbps do you need for a good Wi-Fi connection?

Hello, on the Ookla Speedtest. For normal use. Office, YouTube, Internet, etc. how many Mbps for download and upload would be needed??
Approximately?

    Hi,
    today the average should be around 8 Mbps 1 Mbps, which is also the maximum for ADSL (not ADSL2 or VDSL). We can make do with half, but double would be better.
    Fiber boosts these averages upward today and even more tomorrow.
    PS, Office is practically nothing on the internet.
