It works like for landline phone numbers, namely through a Reverse Directory, like this one: https://www.pagesjaunes.fr/annuaireinverse
However, it requires that the person has voluntarily decided to publish their information there; otherwise, nothing will be visible or findable for that phone number.
If the number is not listed in the information and no website or internet platform has the number listed, it is impossible to find out who it belongs to, without going through judicial or special channels, which are not accessible to individuals.
Moreover, if you have never contacted these so-called companies and they are offering you appointments... it should seem strange and abnormal to you, a matter of logic.
Unfortunately, apart from advising you to file a complaint if there is harassment and to report it to the police if there is persistence/insistence, we cannot work miracles...
