Hello,
as stated in the title, I am unable to receive the basic TNT channels, even though a decoder is integrated into my television.
I have tried several methods, changing the antenna socket, testing on another television (this LG television receives them easily), and also changing the cable.
I suspect it might be a configuration issue with the television, but nothing assures me of that.
If anyone has any idea where the problem might come from or has encountered this issue before, any help would be appreciated!

Best regards

Hello and welcome
"even though a decoder is built into my television." The TNT HD channels being broadcast in clear, it's an integrated TNT tuner and not a decoder...:-)
Try doing a "reset" or "factory settings restore" or "initial configuration" (see menu), but you'll have to redo the entire installation and settings.
Are you indeed performing a search for terrestrial digital channels?

Thank you for your response, and I apologize for the misuse of the term. I was familiar with the term "TNT tuner" but did not see the difference.
To be honest, I have already reset it twice, and so during the startup after returning to factory settings, it asks me to choose the language, the type of use, the country, a PIN code, and then the "Plug and Play" menu appears with a sub-menu "Antenna" and options "Aerial" or "cable," and another sub-menu "Channel source" with options "Digital and analog," "Digital," or "Analog."

I have already tried this process several times to search for channels by selecting each of the options without results. But for you, what would be the correct configurations for this menu?

The right choice is Hertzian -> Source of channels -> digital.
The tuner may be faulty if another TV is receiving properly on the same socket.
To save this TV, it would need to be paired with a HD TNT Adapter (available everywhere from €20) and connected to an HDMI source.

Very well, I think I have already tried this configuration, but I will try again tomorrow.
Is there a way to know if the tuner is faulty?

If the display of your TV is correct (menus, playing a DVD)
If another TV receives the channels correctly while plugged into the same antenna, then your tuner is to blame

It was actually just a misconfiguration on my part, I tried again this morning with yours and it finally worked!
Relieved not to have to buy another tuner,
Thank you very much.
Best regards.

But you're welcome and I'm happy for you, I'm putting the question in green.
