No signal from French channels on Astra 19.2E

Hello, I recently acquired a satellite dish and a DVB-S2 freesat v7 decoder,
After aligning it towards the Astra 19.2E satellite, I receive channels.... English, German, etc., and since I have a 4K TV, I do a channel search on this satellite and then I find the channel that is broadcasted in 4K, Astra UHD Demo. I have no problem, the image is beautiful, so it's not an alignment issue. I have no signal from French channels, really none at all, even though I did everything correctly.
I don't know what to do

If someone could help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

    To access the so-called French TNT channels for free, there are 2 solutions available everywhere in France and the EU:

    - via Eutelsat 5 W using a DVB-S2 CI+ Fransat V1.3 television or by using a Fransat-labeled terminal for the same bouquet.

    - Via Astra 1, using a Canal Ready-labeled terminal for the TNTSAT bouquet.

      Alright, so according to all the other sites, there are no French channels on the Astra 19.2E satellite?

      to receive the French channels on Astra 1 (so Astra 19.2°, Astra 1 is its name)

      you need a TNTSat terminal with its included card (and you will get the encrypted French channels) on your TV you won't be able to get them except for the 2 or 3 in FTA (free-to-air)
