Hello,
I just bought this laptop with Windows 10 installed. Since the system was weak, it was running slowly with Windows 10, so I erased everything and reinstalled Windows 7 32-bit with a DVD. Everything works well except I can't download audio drivers anywhere, in other words, I have no sound coming from the laptop and in the device manager, there's a yellow indication above the audio. I tried to download automatically but nothing works. They don't have it on their site either. I'm really stuck. Any helpful advice would be appreciated. Thank you in advance. It's urgent, please.
Configuration: Windows / Edge 15.15063

In the Search bar
Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.
Provide the hardware ID of the device
It's a number that should look like this example:

Hello everyone,
Indeed, there is no audio driver for this PC on the Toshiba website.
Try this site to see if it can find a driver for you:

Nothing works, I tried to restore with the XP restoration DVDs on Win 7, but it didn't work; on the contrary, Win 7 doesn't boot either. Right after the BIOS, it indicates something like "NTDLR is missing." Anyway, I've decided to reinstall XP. Where can I download the XP Media Center Edition 2005 that was already installed on this laptop?
Another question, can I install any version of XP or does it absolutely have to be the Media Center version?
Or am I better off reinstalling Win 10?
On the laptop, it says: Designed for XP, Windows Vista capable.
