Phone numbers and email addresses got mixed up

Hello,

in my phone contacts list, email addresses have been automatically added???
I haven't made any changes and would only like to have phone contacts???

Configuration: Windows / Internet Explorer 11.0

    Hello, haven't you configured an email address on your iPhone?
    If that's the case, it is completely normal for the iPhone to display your email contacts since, by default, when setting up an email address, the Contacts option is enabled.
    To stop seeing the email contacts, go to Settings, then Mail, tap on the account and disable the Contacts toggle.
