Pc infesté post hijackthis

bonjours

Mon pc a été infecté par un très grand nombre de spyware parceque ma soeur a télécharger sur limewire au point que lorsque je suis revenu sur le pc , il se redémarait sans cesse (surement paceque le pc trvaillait trop).J ai tout de meme reussi a éliminé des spyware grace a spybot mais mon pc est assez lent donc je voudrez que quelqu un m aide a mieu desinfecté mon ordinateur.

Je voulai juste savoir quelque chose ,dans mes demmarages automatiques je voulais enlever msn .Et j'ai aussi vu que CTFMON.EXE et ctfmon.exe se démaraient aussi (vu qu'ils sont dans le système 32 ,ca ma parut suspect).

Sontr-ils dangereux?

on a bien avancvé.

Celui la a échappé

C:\Documents and Settings\elisabeth\Application Data\.rdr.ini

Essaye de le supprimer "à la main" (explorateur Windows, cherche le fichier, clic droit supprimer).

S'il résiste, réessaye en mode sans échec.

S'il résiste toujours, tu lui appliques la procédure subie par les autres.

remets un log Hijackthis.

Comment se porte l'ordi.

Je l'ai effacer a la main , il a pas été resistant du tout .

Tout a l'heure j'ai voulu reactivé le parefeu windows parcequ il etait désactivé et il y avai un message me disant ke je pouvai pas acceder au parefeu windows a cause d un probleme inconnu , deux secondes plus tard le parefeu s etait remit de lui meme .

C'est assez louche lol.

Lis bien et exécute cette manip dans l’ordre.

#Télécharge et installe ces logiciels (si tu ne les as pas) pour les 3 premiers
mets les à jour, comme indiqué dans les démos ou tutos.

->Démarre en mode sans échec :
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec
puis tape « entrée ».
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

->Lance CCleaner.

Suppression des fichiers temporaires

Va dans la section "Options" situé dans la marge gauche.
Décoche "Avancé"
Retourne ensuite dans la section "Nettoyeur"
Fais bien attention de cocher toutes ces cases dans la marge gauche (Internet Explorer/Windows Explorer/Système)
• Clique sur [Analyse]
• Patiente le temps du scan, qui peut prendre un peu de temps si c'est la première fois.
• Une fois le scan terminé, clique sur [Lancer le Nettoyage]

->Lance AVG pour un scan complet "Analyse" ->"Paramètres"

Sous la question "Comment réagir ?" :

-> clique sur "Actions recommandées" et choisis "Quarantaines"
-> Re-clique sur l'onglet "Analyse" puis réalise une "Analyse complète du système"

Si un fichier est infecté en fin d'analyse

->Clique sur "Appliquer toutes les actions "

->Clique sur "Enregistrer le rapport" puis sur "Enregistrer le rapport sous".

->Enregistre ce fichier texte sur ton bureau et [copie/colle le rapport en forum]

->Passe Ad-Aware et supprime tout ce qu’il trouve + supprime les quarantaines…

->Passe Spybot et corrige tout ce qu’il trouve + vaccine + supprime les quarantaines…

->Relance CCleaner.
Suppression des incohérences du registre

• Clique sur l'icône [Erreurs] situés dans la marge à gauche
• Puis clique sur [Analyser les erreurs]
• Patiente pendant que CCleaner scan ton registre.
• Une fois le scan terminé, coche toutes les entrèes qu'il t'aura trouvée.
• Tu peux cliquer ensuite sur [Corriger les erreurs].

Si tu n'est pas sur de ce que tu fais, tu peux choisir de sauvegarder les entrées cochées pour les restaurer ultérieurement.

->Vide ta Corbeille.

->Redémarre en mode normal,

[Recoche] la case « Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé) »

Relance Hijackthis et copie/colle un nouveau rapport sur le forum.

J'ai télécharger http://telecharger.01net.com/windows/Internet/internet_utlitaire/fiches/11643.html et http://telecharger.01net.com/windows/Internet/internet_utlitaire/fiches/25543.html mais l'interface n'est pas en francais et elle est differente que sur le tuto.Donc je ne me suis pas encore servi d 'ad-aware mais j'en ai fini avec tout le reste .

le log Hijackthis est propre.

Qu'a dit le AVG (poste le log).

Tu sembles ne pas avoir de parefeu contrôlant les connexions sortantes, ce qui est un risque de sécurité.

Si c'est le cas tu as le choix entre ces deux possibilités :

Re,

J'avais deja installer zone alarm mais lorsque je l'avais installé, le pc ne faisait que de se redemmarer et vu que le pc se redemmare toujours kan j'essaye d utiliserAVG Anti-Rootkit Free ya tre peu de chance pour que zone alarm ne fasse pas redemmarer le pc une fois installer.

J'ai complement oublié d'enregistré le rapport d'AVG mais les deux choses dangereuses qu il avait trouvé ressemblé a rootkit . . . et agent . . .

Sinon a par le faite ke le pc se redemmare quand j'essaye d'utiliser AVG Anti-Rootkit Free , il y a pas de problème .

je suis infectés par plusieurs virus et ne sait plus comment m'en debarasser,les principaux sont win32 small-epj et trojans bqe.j'ai alors utilisée une analyse hijackthis mais je ne sais pas quel objet fixer ! alors si quelqu'un peut m'aider sa serais super sympa car là mon pc devient une vrai galére...lol. merci d'avance !!

AVG a fait quoi avec les malwares ? rien, mise en quarantaine, suppression ?

En fait, relance AVG antispy et n'oublie pas le log.

AVG les a mis en quarantaines puis je les ai supprimé de la quarantaine donc AVG ne risque plus de trouver grands chose.

Bonjour,

Tu peux prendre une image de la fenêtre en cliquant en même temps sur Alt et prin screen.

Tu ouvres ensuite Paint et tu colles le résultat. Tu utilises un utilitaire comme c-joint pour communiquer avec le forum.

Je ne trouve pas la touche prin screen mai par contre il y a la touche impr écran syst .

Sinon le seul fichier que je peut clean ,c est C:/windows/système32/drivers/runtime2.sys , est ce ke je doit le nettoyer ??

Sinon le pc se porte très bien ^^ .

Désolé avec les cours qui ont repris j'ai pas été souvent sur le pc .

J'ai un nouveau problème a cause de msn . Une personne m a envoyé un dossier zip appelé Z058_jpg.zip , comme un con je l ai accepté et voila ke maintenan je l envoie a mes contacts sur msn et j ai meme des message venant de moi qui s envoit tout seul disant d accepté le dossier , grace a kapersky j ai repéré le fichier :

J'arrive a le supprimer mais a chaque foi ke je redémarre le pc, le dossier zip reapparait.J'ai également avast ki repère ceci C:\u5g9p7x1h4a3.exe\[PESpin] a chake démarage du pc mais je ne sais pas s'il a un rapport avec le dossier Z058_jpg.zip.

Comment puis je faire pour supprimer ces deux virus une fois pour toute ?

Bonjour,

Télécharge MSNFix.zip (de !aur3n7) sur ton bureau:
http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip

Décompresse-le (clic droit >> Extraire ici) et place les fichiers dans C:\MSNFix (très important).

Double cliquer sur le fichier MSNFix.bat.
- Exécutez l'option R.
-- Si l'infection est détectée, un message l'indiquera et il suffira de presser une touche pour lancer le nettoyage

Note :
Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations. Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode normal

- Le rapport sera enregistré dans le même dossier que MSNFix sous forme date_heure.txt
