Hello, I have a Wiko Cink Peax 2 with dual SIM SFR and Free.
For several days now, I haven't been receiving incoming calls; they go straight to my voicemail without making any sound or vibrating, even though I have configured the incoming calls to vibrate and ring. However, I do receive the SMS letting me know that someone has called, whether or not there’s a message.
Thank you for your responses, I can't take it anymore searching.

Hello,

In order for me to respond to you as best as possible, could you please clarify if this occurs with both of your SIMs or just one? If only one SIM is experiencing this issue, could you please let me know which one?

Hello, thank you for your attention, it was happening on both SIMs. And since I couldn't find a solution, I backed up to my micro SD and initialized my phone, it's working again, I just hope it lasts.
