I can no longer watch videos on my phone...

Hello

I have been using a Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini since August 2015 and everything was working very well until now.
For the past few days, I can no longer watch videos on my phone:
- On YouTube: black screen but I can hear the sound
- On Facebook and Messenger: infinite loading
- In my gallery: error message "cannot play the video; this video cannot be played"
- And on all other sites and apps, it's the same thing...

Good evening;

Try this:
  • Restart the YouTube app.
  • Restart your device.
  • Disable, then re-enable mobile data connection.
  • Clear the cache of the YouTube app.
  • Uninstall, then reinstall the YouTube app.
  • Install the latest available version of the YouTube app.
  • Install the latest available version of Android.
