Well, this Floriday is located 'off-shore' in Hong Kong. Consequences:
Random sizes (Generally too small..)..
Items that have nothing to do with the photos.
Quality?
Delivery (If shipped..) loooong.
Very limited - if not impossible - recourse in case of a problem..
In the end, a scam for suckers, a danger for the credit card.. A site for kamikaze online shoppers..

I strongly advise against making purchases on this site. It is truly a scam. I ordered a gray/blue sweater.
It looked great on the model. After 3 weeks of waiting, and for €51 (very high shipping costs), I received this sweater that is unwearable. The gray is ugly, there is a big hole in the front, and it’s impossible to wear unless you walk around with your arms at your sides.
For the price, I could have found much better at Babou! I made 2 purchases; the first one was fine, but the second one... horrible!
I won’t be buying from this site again. And for the return, it would cost me less to buy a ball of yarn to fix the hole than to send the item back to England!
At least I’ll have a sweater for the cold days while watching TV, because it’s unthinkable to wear this rag outside, not even for the garden!

Hello, it’s true that the photos are appealing and I also fell for it; out of 3 items, two are too big. Given the comments, I’ll keep them and have them altered; I’ll save time and money... for about twenty euros each piece, I’ll go with this option... and be more careful next time... so many crappy scam sites, it’s unbelievable, I can’t believe human nature...
After so many negative comments, I will not return the dress I received this morning after 15 days of waiting, even though I paid extra for express shipping. Thank you all for your warning comments. The dress has no style; it's a real sack, and it's missing buttons (which was what gave it its chic look in the photo). I will never wear it and will not take the risk of returning it since apparently, you cannot get a refund. I will give it to someone skilled in sewing who might be able to make something out of it.
Don't buy from this site anymore, they never send you the model to change, but they do take your money. This site is fraudulent.

I confirm that this site is a scam. An order of €100 with items that are too large or do not match the descriptions (size measurements, etc.) on the site. No means of return or refunds. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!

Don't buy anything, they are scammers who want the money in advance and don't refund it if the clothes don't fit and you return them... they haven't refunded my €200 and I'm angry.

They refunded me via my credit card that they had and even told me not to return the dresses.
One must threaten without any remorse given what they do; it’s theft, it’s a breach of trust. In short, you must get refunded.

Floryday offers nice items, which sometimes appear on other sites as well and which sometimes do not match the photos!
The worst part is the return policy, which is already complicated. In my case, they said they did not receive the item, even though it was sent by priority mail, so no refund or exchange is possible!!

I ordered a dress from floryday, after 6 weeks of waiting what a disappointment, the collar and sleeve seams are not even sewn and the result does not match expectations, in short, a poorly made garment likely from China. I wouldn't even dare wear it as a nightgown. To return it, I needed the address in Belgium for the modest sum of 6 €. They really have a sense of customer service!!
After a large number of emails, I was charged over 45 euros in customs fees to receive my items, which created a big problem for returning those that didn't fit. In the end, Floriday offered me a 30% refund on the items that were too small and too large.... But I could keep the items... I wasn't even clever enough to say that not a single one fit!!!

I ordered a dress and 4 pairs of shoes from this site and I'm very disappointed; the dress is three times too big and the shoes are of very poor quality. For the return, it's impossible to find someone to talk to!!! No order number. I strongly discourage this site.

In general, reviews never come from buyers. They're always from the store's entourage. So you shouldn't believe those supposedly positive comments. And they're not the only ones. I ordered a bucket with mops. Charged twice, over 60 euros in total, and similarly, there's no email, no phone, so it's hard to lose money, because I never received my item.

I made the mistake of buying 4 items from FLORIDAY. The quality is very poor. And for me, it's impossible to return everything because the order arrived too late (before my vacation). When I returned, the time had passed and it was impossible to return the items due to the deadline being exceeded. A mistake not to make. ABSOLUTELY TO BE AVOIDED.
