I would like to order from floriday.com. I have searched the site but it won't provide me with the postal address in case of item returns. Thank you for clarifying about this site.

Thank you girls, the dresses look very beautiful and original in the photos. I was tempted to place an order. The shipping costs are very high while other sites deliver for free or at moderate fees...
Given the dissatisfaction of many of you, I've stopped dreaming. I will not order.

I strongly advise against making purchases on this site. It is truly a scam. I ordered a gray/blue sweater.
It looked great on the model. After 3 weeks of waiting, and for €51 (very high shipping costs), I received this sweater that is unwearable. The gray is ugly, there is a big hole in the front, and it’s impossible to wear unless you walk around with your arms at your sides.
For the price, I could have found much better at Babou! I made 2 purchases; the first one was fine, but the second one... horrible!
I won’t be buying from this site again. And for the return, it would cost me less to buy a ball of yarn to fix the hole than to send the item back to England!
At least I’ll have a sweater for the cold days while watching TV, because it’s unthinkable to wear this rag outside, not even for the garden!

  After so many negative comments, I will not return the dress I received this morning after 15 days of waiting, even though I paid extra for express shipping. Thank you all for your warning comments. The dress has no style; it's a real sack, and it's missing buttons (which was what gave it its chic look in the photo). I will never wear it and will not take the risk of returning it since apparently, you cannot get a refund. I will give it to someone skilled in sewing who might be able to make something out of it.

I confirm that this site is a scam. An order of €100 with items that are too large or do not match the descriptions (size measurements, etc.) on the site. No means of return or refunds. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!

  Buy on AliExpress. Floriday buys in bulk and sells for three times the price. You'll pay for a shirt (I found it on AliExpress for 6 euros) €18, and they even take pictures from AliExpress!! No risk on Ali.

Don't buy anything, they are scammers who want the money in advance and don't refund it if the clothes don't fit and you return them... they haven't refunded my €200 and I'm angry.

  I have an email; since I didn’t accept being scammed by these unscrupulous people, I sent emails every day with threats, insults, telling them that I would take action. I provided them with some evidence from my research, plus photos of the dresses I received.
  (I noticed that the company in Roissy that was sending the packages to France doesn’t exist legally.)
  
  They refunded me via my credit card that they had and even told me not to return the dresses.
  
  One must threaten without any remorse given what they do; it’s theft, it’s a breach of trust. In short, you must get refunded.

Floryday offers nice items, which sometimes appear on other sites as well and which sometimes do not match the photos!
The worst part is the return policy, which is already complicated. In my case, they said they did not receive the item, even though it was sent by priority mail, so no refund or exchange is possible!!

I ordered a dress from floryday, after 6 weeks of waiting what a disappointment, the collar and sleeve seams are not even sewn and the result does not match expectations, in short, a poorly made garment likely from China. I wouldn't even dare wear it as a nightgown. To return it, I needed the address in Belgium for the modest sum of 6 €. They really have a sense of customer service!!

  In general, reviews never come from buyers. They're always from the store's entourage. So you shouldn't believe those supposedly positive comments. And they're not the only ones. I ordered a bucket with mops. Charged twice, over 60 euros in total, and similarly, there's no email, no phone, so it's hard to lose money, because I never received my item.
