Remove the "hide" function

Good evening,

by mistake, in an Excel table, under tools options, I activated the "hide" function
result, nothing is visible in my table, obviously...
please how to display the content of my table again?

    Hello,

    if you go to "options" --> "tools" --> "show all", what does it do?
