Lenovo G70 laptop and RJ45 port

Hello,
I do have an RJ45 socket on the left side, but I can’t plug in the Ethernet cable from my box because it’s RJ45. Are there different RJ45 sockets (new standard) ?????

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 56.0.2924.76

    Good evening,
    look closely at your outlet (on the PC) as there is a small part hidden by a cover, you just need to push and your RJ45 jack will go in without any problem

    Thank you, Sergio. There is indeed a small flip-up cover, but it doesn't open enough.
    The male RJ45 connector on my cable seems to be larger ??? I don't dare to force it.
